The Crafting System unlocks at Lucid Lv. 5 and allows you to craft Casters, Implants, and other Materials.
Crafting is a way to build your perfect Caster, with stats and FX that you want. After crafting Casters or Implants, you can choose to use them to play activities, or you can sell your wares in the Bazaar.
Rarity Gems are the most frequently used Material when crafting, designating the rarity or power of a particular crafted item. Mementos are used to craft the Caster you wish.
Craftable items require a prerequisite Crafting Skill, obtained from crafting itself and also Salvaging Casters and Implants. Higher rarity crafts and salvages result in more Crafting EXP rewarded and will subsequently raise your Crafting Skill.
Crafting Casters
When crafting a Caster, you can choose its rarity. Different rarities offer different customization options for your craft. Casters cannot be crafted as Unreal.
- Common 0 Spendable Stat Points
- Quality 5 Spendable Stat Points and a selection of one FX
- Rare 10 Spendable Stat Points and a selection of one FX
- Wicked 15 Spendable Stat Points and a selection of two FX
- Cosmic 20 Spendable Stat Points, a selection of two FX, and a selection of elemental affinity
When dropped from a Transient Chest, Casters will always have a pre-determined elemental affinity. With crafting, you can choose the elemental affinity of your favorite Caster.
Crafted Casters can be sold on the Bazaar, but are still Bind-on-Equip, so if you do slot one of your creations into a Loadout, it will become Soulbound to you.
To craft a particular Caster, a Caster Recipe for that Vision is required. Caster Recipes can drop from completing Duties or activities.
Crafting Materials
Materials themselves can also be crafted from other precursor materials. While some materials are not craftable (such as Broken Keys), most materials can be created from lesser equivalent materials.
Materials can be crafted in bulk as well, allowing you to browse around the Crafting screen while crafts are taking place. Bulk crafting can be canceled at any time and leave you with the materials crafted prior to cancelation.
Materials do not require a recipe.
Crafting Implants
Implants can be crafted as well, allowing you to craft Unreal Implants if you have the skill for it. Casting Implants does not require a Recipe.
